Whatever your thoughts about babywearing and sleep, there is no denying that the Connecta has woven within its walls a special brand of sleepy dust. Not only do tired babies seem unable to resist its lure, but if you’re lucky it lasts long after their tired parent has put them down.
We made a request on Facebook a little while ago for images of little ones who had stayed asleep during the transfer from the sling, and the resulting photos are amongst the cutest we have seen…
Take a look at this precious wee one, just four weeks old.
And this gorgeous boy, so content in his new Solarweave.
His momma said “I could take pictures like this every day as he loves falling asleep close to my heart, when I wear him. And when he’s overtired, he settles only this way.”
It works with older kids too, like this tired two year old who fell asleep on the walk home after lots of fun at the beach.
In fact it can be especially handy with older siblings, like this one who fell asleep on mama’s back then transferred to the shade of a tree whilst her ten week old brother had a feed.
Of course when you’re out and about it might just be the only way to persuade your little adventurer to have a nap at all – whether at the beach…
Or at a festival.
Did your Connecta come with lots of sleepy dust? We’d love to hear about your experiences, so please let us know in the comments.
